Exceptional
Liked: Location was good with many transport options nearby. The apartment was huge, tastefully decorated and clean. The double beds were large and the bedding clean. The video recording of getting inside the apartment was very helpful. Vittorio was very responsive. There were air-conditioning units in both bathroom.
Great location and value
Liked: The apartment is spacious and well equipped, perfect for a group of 4. The beds are very confortable, the location is quiet so we were able to rest properly before going sightseeing. The location is 5 minutes from a subway station and it was very convenient for us to get around. Grocery stores and restaurants were near us and we didn't feel anything was missing.
Disliked: The hot water sometimes ran out because the heater was struggling and we had to have a little patience. It came back hot again after 1-2 minutes.
Nice flat but terrible system for getting into the flat when your phone goes flat
Liked: It was clean and spacious and very comfortable could have another chair in the other bedroom
Disliked: Needed a better system to get into the appartment as if you are out all day like we were and come back with a flat phone you have no way of opening the front door the key was good for the flat but no use at getting in the front door that was so frustrating
Wonderful and very friendly owner
Liked: Very good location and the apt had everything we needed. Staff/owner was friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was very small, but that is very common in Italy. On two mornings there was there was significant noise coming from the apartment above us early in the morning. It sounds like they were removing tiles, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially at such an early hour. But the property manager/ contact person resolved the issue immediately after I contacted him.
