Fabulous
I enjoyed staying in the hotel and would come back to it again
Liked: The location of the hotel is great as its few minutes away from Milan Central station, The staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel ambiance is elegant, The only thing I would recommend is to expand the room service and breakfast menu
Disliked: I only faced an issue with the AC not running cold air due to the season change it was only running as a ventilation rather than cooling system

The perfect location with every comfort
Liked: A fantastic location, straight across from Milan Central Station and yet peaceful and quiet inside. Rooms beautiful, spacious, every comfort included and staff were so helpful and friendly. We had 2 day trips with very early train departures and it was so easy to cross the road to the station. Lovely bar and restaurant in the hotel. Couldn't fault it in any way and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Just perfect.
Liked: Good size and location. Stayed because of the proximity to the train and will book again because of the cleanliness.

Liked: Location is great if need a quick stopover at Milan Central train station. Room is good size and nicely renovated.
Disliked: Have to walk down a set of stairs to get to reception. And then up again to leave. Aircon wasn’t cold
