Good
Liked: Best hotel.is best in all things just like it's name. Location is accessible by bus and metro. It is 9 min walk, we are at the heart of the central station. Staff were really nice and kind. It is affordable and front office staff is always available.
Liked: Excellent location. Great staff and breakfast!
Disliked: Rooms are very small, but good value.
Liked: The receptionists were efficient and nice, the location is very good for the Central Station, and the single room is totally adequate for a solo traveler.

A perfectly adequate hotel for one night
Liked: We liked location. Would have been nice to have been there when market was on in the square outside (or maybe not as probably noisy early!). All the staff we met on reception were very friendly and helpful. It was quick and easy to walk to the central station the next morning.
Disliked: We could not switch off heating in room so had to have windows open all night and this obviously made it quite noisy. The shower was certainly showing its age - we gave it a miss.
