Guest reviews
Exceptional
Value for money
Liked: Very stylish, modern and clean. Facilities were very good, staff friendly.
Disliked: Great location for the fabrique stadium, but not much else around,
Very good value with a few small tweaks needed
Liked: Communication was excellent. Check in was easy. Staff were pleasant. Place was secure, peaceful, well-located for Fabrique, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge. Showers were great and towels and bedding were good quality.
Disliked: We really liked it but we just felt a few extras would make the stay much more homely: a kettle (especially as the coffee machine didn't seem to be working), a toaster and a cloth for wiping worktops and table. Perhaps also some extra covers for the beds. Sheets weren't quite enough. Also perhaps the table under the metal stairs was not well placed - a risk of hitting your head when you stand up.
Modern and comfortable warehouse style living
Liked: New build. Staff on site and helpful. Secure underground parking. A pleasant 20 minutes walk from Fabrique
Disliked: No kettle, had to use the coffee machine to heat water for tea. Shower is quite small. A shame as the bathroom is of good proportions.
Liked: We stayed at Unico Studios in Milan and loved it. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, too.
