Exceptional
Lovely apartment with a wonderful view
Liked: Great location, lovely host and wonderful view. Thank god for the air conditioning because it was hot!
Disliked: The shower needs work (terrible water pressure and the water smells a bit strange, maybe from the water heater). The microwave malfunctioned at the beginning of my two week stay which made cooking difficult because there is no oven. And be warned, it is quite a climb to the fourth floor, but the view is worth it.
Most special and beautiful place in a central location!
Liked: This is truly one of the most special places ever. Fabulous location in a very nice neigbourhood (lots of nice places for food&drinks). Being on top of all those roofs, surrounded only by swallows, is really exceptional. All kinds of facilities available, above all a romantic and beautiful place to stay. Luca is a welcoming and very flexible host, who makes sure that everything about your stay is great.
Disliked: Yhe stairs aren't really such a big problem (only if you're not great with stairs, this place mght not be for you because there are also quite some stairs inside the property!
