Exceptional
Friendly hosts, but a little chilly at night
Liked: The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Although there was a small issue with the hot water, the host’s wife fixed it quickly. The only downside was that the indoor temperature could only be set to 21°C during the sudden cold spell, which was quite chilly for my parents in their late 60s. Even with all the light blankets provided, they still felt cold at night. Having some thicker duvets available would make the stay more comfortable. Perhaps this accommodation would be even more enjoyable in the summer.
Lots of Room + Close to Piazza Grande
Liked: It was very roomy and had a great view! Steps from Piazza Grande. The hosts were super helpful with the parking & very responsive with all communication.
Disliked: The washer does NOT work! This was VERY disappointing! It has not worked in a while and seems like it should have been removed from the listing. Also, the internet does not work in the Unit. We spent the day in the Piazza to get internet access. (The weather was nice so it wasn’t a terrible thing:)
Amazing location in a fun town
Liked: Location at the top of town was great. Enough provided to cook and sleep.
Disliked: Towels didn't smell very fresh.
We enjoyed our two night stay
Liked: Everything perfect. The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is large and modern, right in Palazzo Grande. Super quiet. Well stocked kitchen. The host directed us to find free parking lot within walking distance. Good value.
Disliked: The bed is slight too soft to our like. But not a problem.

Liked: It was very central, loved Montepulciano and Stefano was a huge help with busses etc.
Disliked: It was hard to find. Photo indicates this is the accommodation but it’s not. Washing machine didn’t work. Only problem with places that allow dogs is that hyper sensitive people can smell them no matter how clean.
Loved it! In heart of historical Montepulciano. Best stay we’ve had in Italy
