Not private and not peaceful
Liked: pool was clean
Disliked: The one bedroom property is overlooked by another apartment plus another cottage, therefore you are over looked by other guests in all aspects of this property. Other guests can see into the living room, the outside seating area and they can see straight into the bathroom. It’s not private at all. The driveway to the other property runs past the bedroom so woken by cars and people on phones. Neighbouring dogs bark all night, so found impossible to sleep peacefully. The toilet cistern is broken making a terrible noise when refilling. The pots and plates are old, chipped and dirty. There was no house manual, not even the WiFi code. For the price it’s not worth it.
Liked: We had our own “little house”. A traditional building that has been upgraded yet kept its charm Close to Montepulciano. Restaurants a 15 walk away

Liked: Perfect, very quiet location in the vinery. Nice swimming pool.
Disliked: Complementary bottle of water /or wine;-)/ would be an advantage - especially when you arrive in the evening on the bank holiday.
Liked: A peaceful gem in the heart of Tuscany! A perfect countryside retreat, surrounded by vineyards – truly a home in the vines. The house is charming, comfortable, and authentically Italian. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful, clean swimming pool – ideal for relaxing. Nearby are stunning little villages and unforgettable views of the Tuscan landscape: rolling hills, cypress-lined roads, golden fields, and endless vineyards. A dream for anyone who loves scenic beauty. The hosts were warm and welcoming – it truly felt like staying at the home of close Italian family friends.
Disliked: Good to know: you should arrive by car, as the property is set away from the main road.
