  Liked: Location was great and had an amazing view.

  Disliked: I can only speak for the apartments. Upon checking in, there were still dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. Walls are pretty thin, can hear neighbors talking in a slightly-above-average volume of voices. Could hear this all until near midnight. Asked the staff if they could do something about it, but they said they've never received this complaint before and would talk to the neighbors the following morning. It eventually got resolved that night, but we could still hear the same neighbors the following days/nights. I know it's just an apartment and it's not included in the listing. But I figured they'd at least provide some scissors, some toiletries, oil for cooking. Not their fault if they didn't disclose, but just had higher expectations. Heater didn't work the best. We were pretty cold every night and had to sleep w/ extra layers. They "fixed" it once, but then it got cold again. Pool (12-7pm) & wellness room (3-7pm) hours are pretty limited. I know my review is not aligned w/ the majority-- we just had higher expectations for this place and were met with some disappointing factors.

  Lovely stay and would love to come back again

  Liked: Spacious apartment with own parking space allocated. This is a seperated building from the main hotel but able to use the facilities in the hotel. Very near walking distance to Mont Seuc cable car and near to town centre but you do have to expect a hike up the hill to reach the hotel from town centre. Stunning scenic views outside of the apartment, best time of the day is to sit out there and enjoy the view. Staff are all helpful, informative and there at reception during reception hours.

  Disliked: There are curtains in the bedroom, but the living room windows do not have full blinds. The uphill walk from the town centre back to the hotel may not be suitable for everyone. Buses are available, but be sure to check the timetable in advance.

  Excellent location and facility

  Liked: Lovely facility up on the hill with excellent views. We were in an apartment with a kitchenette which made it convenient. The hotel also had a restaurant. We only had breakfast which was a good spread. The sauna was overlooking the mountains and was a spectacular view. They also had a steam room and a pool. The location was also walkable to most lovers including Seceda. They also had laundry on site. It was run by a family and the owners were wonderful

  Disliked: Breakfast was pricey at $30
