  Gorgeous boutique hotel, amazing views and incredible food

  Liked: We absolutely loved this hotel. It was one of our all time favourite stays. We booked a family room and the space was incredible. The food was a highlight, the breakfast was delicious and if you get a chance to eat in the restaurant then don't miss it. It was only open one night of our stay but was the nicest food we had on our whole trip. And it was incredibly good value. The spa was great too! The staff were all very helpful and lovely.

  Disliked: Wish the restaurant had been open more, as we would definitely have eaten there more during our stay. The hot tub wasn't that hot when we used it, but we loved the other spa facilities. The walk into town was ok, but the walk back up was very hilly! We did discover a car park at the bottom of the hill for 50 cents an hour.

  Beautiful view hotel in the mountains

  Liked: The view was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: There was no place in the bathroom for toiletries. Huge tall sink only inches on the side. The other problem was the property was straight up a huge hill. Did not see this in other reviews. We came by train then bus so it was a little difficult especially after hiking all day to hike back after dinner. There was a free bus to go to town every hour but doesn’t run after 6:30. But the restaurant in the hotel had a delicious meal every night

From the very first moment, we were completely enchanted. The timeless Alpine elegance, the beautiful classic design, and the extraordinary attention to every little detail made us stop and admire almost every corner of this wonderful hotel. The breathtaking panoramic views over Ortisei felt like something from a fairytale. Waking up to that scenery was an experience we will never forget. The sauna was a beautiful touch of relaxation, the breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who took care of breakfast made every morning feel even more special. But what truly touched our hearts was the family behind this beautiful place. Their warmth, kindness, genuine hospitality, and personal attention made us feel less like hotel guests and more like welcomed members of their family. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the helpful information and clear instructions to the excellent location and convenient free parking. Every detail reflected care, passion, and love. And then there is Ortisei itself — a magical village surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Dolomites. Staying at Pradell made the entire experience feel almost unreal. It was not simply a hotel stay. It was a dream, a fairytale, and a beautiful memory that will stay in our hearts forever. To the wonderful family of Boutique Hotel Pradell: thank you for making our stay so unforgettable.   Disliked: Absolutely nothing! Everything was beyond our expectations. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We truly wished this beautiful dream would never end. ❤️

  Very cosy stay in Ortisei

  Liked: The host of the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful to ensure a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: Without car and public transport it’s a hike to reach the hotel from main city centre. But the views from the hotel were amazing.
