  This is the one hotel (16 rooms) and area of Italy which we most wished to stay longer

  Liked: This little hotel is charming, the staff wonderful, food delicious, and location perfect. We stayed in a top floor room with steam shower and enjoyed a view of the valley and town of Ortise below. Bedding and amenities are of high quality and after a day of hiking we slept soundly!

  Staff was outstanding, property was amazing

  Liked: Amazing experience with amazing staff. Everyone was fantastic, very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the stay was outstanding.

  Disliked: Having to leave and not having booked another night at the property, but we had other nights and adventures planned elsewhere.

  We will be back…

  Liked: Everything is absolutely perfect. It is expensive but the service and quality of the hotel and accommodation represents the price tag correctly.

  Disliked: Had to wait 30 mins for the van once but not the hotels fault. There was a lot of traffic.

  Fantastic staff! Made our trip extra special

  Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect for us-close enough to town for an easy walk but far enough out to be quiet. The hotel was very clean and we loved the amenities, especially the in-room sauna which easily accommodated our family of 5. There were also little touches like sweets and herbal tea nightly in our room and washing the windshield of our rental car before we checked out which were so nice. Best of all though was the exceptional staff! Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome.

  Disliked: Layout was a little confusing at first but not a big deal.
