  Very helpful and nice staff, clean rooms, and a quiet, central stay

  Liked: This hotel was amazing! I went with 3 friends and we were beyond happy with our stay. Reinhart and the other staff were exceptional and truly made us feel a home. The breakfast was phenomenal for being included and the location is perfect for a quiet night/morning but centrally located enough to easily bus into other towns. Our room was large and very tidy. The beds and linens were super cozy, and the soap in the bathroom smelled amazing! We were welcome to leave our bags with them after check-out while we did another hike, which was super helpful! We could not say enough great things about this place! Such nice people!

  Liked: We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 pm, and there was plenty of parking space at the door. The reception staff were very welcoming and in a very tired and hungry state we were told that we could order a la carte for dinner and that we would also have free access to the rest of the buffet for the day, which included salad greens and eggs. After the dishes were served, every dish was amazing. After removing the carefully arranged pasta, the hot pot steam and strong fragrance hit your face. The juicy steak and fragrant vegetable soup instantly dispel fatigue, and coupled with the elastic squid, it is very satisfying. After eating at other restaurants in the town of Ortisei, we agreed that the dishes at pontives are more cost-effective The room is also very comfortable. Although the furniture is a bit old, it is clean and tidy, and there is a balcony where you can watch the stars. Overall great！

  Liked: The place is great to clean big a little big parking lot the breakfast is good

  Disliked: It's expensive because they use that it is close to ortisei There is a camping Caravan right next to it and it could be noisy sometimes

  Comfortable room but location poor

  Liked: Room was okay but bathroom needed major updating. Breakfast was okay.

  Disliked: No bar in evening. In the middle of a suburb with no facilities. Bathroom was dark and in need of renovation. Campsite in car park plus industrial area opposite and very busy road. A long way from town.
