  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: The room was dark, with very little light. There was no shampoo, shower gel and slippers. There was no choice for breakfast. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

  Could have been better

  Liked: It was fine and had a pool.

  Disliked: The check in was horrible. I spent 30 minutes for the surly staff person to verify with Booking.com about my reservation. She eventually had them cancel my booking and had me do it on site and jacked up the price.

  Classic hotel. Not new but clean and welcoming. Location was very convenient to Ortisei

  Liked: Bus stop right in front of property. Only a mile to Ortisei and all the lifts / gondolas if you don’t mind a short walk. Breakfast each day was perfect.
