  Liked: Big place. Very clean. Good communication. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet. Really enjoyed looking at the animals they kept in their lovely garden. It was about 10-15 min walk into town.

  Disliked: We didnt realise that the pool was not on site which was a bit disappointing at first. However we did visit the pool in town (cost included with our room) and thought it was brilliant. Lovely outdoor and indoor pool with slide and lots of grass to sit on. Also umbrellas for hire. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second day.

  Fab stay in magical place in the mountains

  Liked: Clean, good welcome, nice breakfast, breathtaking views, comfortable, good shower. Town of Ortisei was magical in a stunning mountain setting.

  Disliked: 10 mins walk from town centre slightly uphill but convenient for walking-off big dinners.

  Liked: Beautiful hotel and location with wonderful grounds to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

  Disliked: Us not staying longer to enjoy the place more.
