  Liked: The location was very good but a bit tricky to navigate to; however, the host provided good directions, and eventually we were able to find it.

  Disliked: The pull-out sofa bed was terrible. My husband and I tried to sleep on the outer edges but kept rolling into the middle of the sunken mattress. The mattress really needs to be replaced, as well as the flat pillows. There was no place to put our luggage, and the room was cluttered with furniture... armchairs, tables, and extra chairs, barely enough room to walk around the sofa bed, and hardly any wall plugs to charge our phones, batteries, and earphones.

  Liked: Great location, you can walk anywhere easily in Orvieto. Communication with host was very good, very easy to get hold of and replied straight away! Thank you very much for an easy and good stay.

  Disliked: There were quite a few mosquitos, unfortunately it might have been that time of year.

  Liked: Spacious apartment just a short walk to town centre/ Duomo/restaurants/ supermarkets. Quiet area. Be aware the furnicular is not working and you have to take the shuttle bus. Very quaint town.

  Disliked: Is very difficult to find and down a narrow street and through a low arch, difficult to see from the street. Luckily Tamara was keeping an eye out for our arrival and came out onto the street. Had seen previous comments that owner was pinicity. Before arrival was checking what was available and what we needed to bring. Basic washing up liquid in kitchen/ hand gel in bathroom sink--- when I asked about shower gel saying this was a basic necessity provided at all apartments we have stayed in, he got upset saying his was not a 5☆ hotel! and if i wanted to cancel to go ahead! There were much cheaper apartments but it happened at the last minute before arrival. BAD attitude as he was not providing the apartment FREE, we were paying for it! --- he did finally provide the shower gel and a kettle requested. He also said if we wanted AirCon we would have to pay €20 for 3days!--- said this was in the Booking.com details, but checked and it wasnt. It said about the heating charge in the winter( be aware). It was 40degs when we visited and ONE fan for the whole 3 bedroom apartment!!! We were roasting and could not sleep. The cleaner Tamara was lovely.

  Great location and facilities

  Liked: This gem of an accommodation is on the edge of the historic centre, but within easy walking distance of all Orvieto's sights, shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed to self-cater and the washing machine was a bonus. We'd stay here again. There is so much one can do and experience in Orvieto. Don't book too few days (we spent four nights and didn't get to everything we wanted to).

  Liked: Great apartment for family( we were 6 in total) in the old town. Car parking is available in the apartment garage ( minor additional charge), washing machine, full kitchen, two bathrooms. Owner gave all directions how to reach apartment. No problems observed, Recommended!

  A very pleasant, and affordable choice in beautiful Orvieto

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We used both bedrooms and were very happy to have had the second bathroom as well. While we did not cook since our visit was so short, it was nice to have had the opportunity and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very quiet and in a great location, just six minutes on foot to the Duomo. The hosts were very welcoming and it gave us great information before we arrived. I would definitely return for a longer visit and recommend to others coming to Orvieto.

  Disliked: Can't think of anything at all.
