Guest reviews
Very good
A comfortable hotel with pleasant staff and in a good location for city walking
Liked: The only reason I have made a comment about value for money is that the two nights amounted to Euros 307, or NZ635. It is the exchange rate that made this an expensive stay, which is not the fault of the hotel but, as a New Zealand traveller, a consideration if staying in Palermo again.
Disliked: Only a small suggestion - that there be more shelving or space around the bathroom basin to put toileteries on. Once a hairdryer is in use, there's not much room.
Liked: Very nice property, great location
Great location for a Palermo visit
Liked: Great location. Quiet at night in the rooms. Staff at the desk were helpful.
Disliked: Although the breakfast location is in a nice sunny room - the food is not so good. The selection is poor and the hot stuff is not very hot. The coffee in the pot is awful but the staff will usually offer to make you a fresh cup - so take that offer!
Liked: Great rooms and breakfast
Not really recommended, Hotel needs renovation
Liked: Friendly personel, good breakfast
Disliked: This Hotel needs serious renovation. Dirty walls in the room, very loud old air conditioner. In general it is old hotel
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing
