Liked: Very clean, fantastic fresh breakfast everyday, lovely staff, excellent communication. Big thanks to Rosaria who is marvellous- she helped us with so many things (especially for our little daughter) including transport, local car hire. She was always on hand with advice.
Not worth the money!
Liked: People were nice, but lack basic English skills, staying is way overrated, location is poor, not only 4 km Out of the city center but rather hard to find parking. You can imagine trying to find parking driving around and leaving your car in such a neighborhood. Not pleasant. Rooms are clean, breakfast on the wide balcony together with other guest. Toasted bread in many ways, poor choice of cheese dried sausages, ham let alone prosciutto or various Italian cheeses are missing. With just a peek on the sea in the far distance. I can’t imagine having a breakfast there in the summer for heat. All in all way overrated!
Disliked: Location is poor, elevator really old, not stopping in the line. Apartment access was troublesome for works.

Liked: The hosts were absolutely lovely. Although we didn’t meet them in person, they were extremely responsive and accommodating via WhatsApp. They allowed us to check in very early, arranged an airport transfer for us, and answered all our questions very quickly. The ladies serving breakfast were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really nice, with a great variety of Italian pastries and other dishes, and everything tasted very good. The only small downside was the coffee, which could have been better. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The main downside for us was the location. The neighborhood felt quite shabby, with a lot of garbage littering the streets, and there weren’t many nice restaurants or bars nearby. If you’re looking for a lively, vibrant neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance, this probably isn’t the best choice.
