  Liked: Good location, in the town center. Good communication over what's app.

  Disliked: Shower cabin with curtain, even if you really take care, water comes out. Lift in the building is very old and not reliable. I used it once and never again. I needed 3 times to press ground floor to exit. It stopped in the middle. Later check out was not possible. Floor in the room need renovation.

  A great value for the price

  Liked: Location is awesome, I also really appreciated the communication with the staff, who gave clear and easy-to-understand instructions and were accommodating enough to allow an early check-in.

  Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the window's soundproofing. The noise from the road made it a little hard to sleep.

  Liked: Cozy place, although you don't meet staff, they are always ready to help you. Good communication is via WhatsApp. Great location (center and transport). 7 minutes away is the bus stop -Politeama for the airport.

  Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel City Center! The location is absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were also very kind, friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when we come back to Palermo. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹
