Exceptional
Simple and sweet
Liked: Clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Perfect location for walking around Palermo centro. Simple but just what you need for a brief visit.
Liked: Excellent standard of room all high quality items and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom was perfect but special mention to the receptionist, Ana, fantastic lady, helpful and friendly
Disliked: The rooms are within a quadrant building so not really kerb appeal
Liked: Central, looked brand new, and convenient to all sites we wanted to see. Friendly staff.
Liked: Ana and Clara were wonderful! They were friendly and extremely helpful. The bed and room were comfortable. The location can't be beat. Right off city center and Mossimo is a great transportation hub. Plenty of transportation, from busses to horse driven carriages.
Disliked: The noise. We were tired from exploring and wanted to sleep, but they had a concert right outside our window until midnight; complete with amplifiers until at least midnight. The shower is hand-held and there is a gap at one end, so it is difficult to not make a mess.
Liked: Amazing staff Clean comfortable room and clean Excellant location
Really enjoyable and a great location for the historic centre
Disliked: Perhaps a kettle and some coffee or tea available
