Exceptional
Liked: This accommodation was excellent—great location, beautiful design, and a very comfortable, welcoming interior. Communication with the host was outstanding, and she kindly accommodated all our small requests. The property was quiet; only occasionally could we hear a distant car horn. The beds were very comfortable, the blinds completely darkened the room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was authentically Italian—mostly sweet, with delicious local treats. We highly recommend this place. This is exactly what excellent hospitality should look like. Thank you, Silvia! We would be delighted to stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our stay in il Palchetto, starting with a great and communicative host - Silvia who has been very
Liked: Cleanliness Location Responsive and helpful host Coziness
Great place to rest and recharge
Liked: Great hostess, great room, very convenient location.
Disliked: Breakfast a bit light but the hostess was very willing to supplement things upon request.
Charming great located and thoughtful stay with great hosts
Liked: The Rosalia room was so charming, nice and spacious and had a great view. I felt it to be very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Silvia is what made the stay even better, she was highly attentive, explaining everything giving great recommendations and available when you needed anything. I needed to extend my trip last minute and she was very very accommodating with this request. The communal area was so cute with lovely thoughtful elements for breakfast for each room. I look forward to staying again! As a solo female traveller this was also very safe. The air conditioning was also amazing. The room was also very clean and cleaned well when serviced.
Disliked: Not related to the property, but the upstairs neighbour tended to scuff their shoes around in the morning. But they provided earplugs which is a thoughtful touch.
Beautiful
Liked: It was beautifully decorated and so central to everything. The owner was fantastic and the whole stay was so well organised
Liked: It was very cute, nice rooms with AC. Very close to everything you would want to see - walkable. The staff member was very nice and accessible for help. I could store my luggage for a few hours.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited and was strange to have everyone portioned for you. Felt strict and restrictive. There are also a lot of rules and instructions. A bit less easy going than other places.
