Fabulous
Great customer care in a great apartment
Liked: The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and practical. The location is great, in the very heart of the historical part of Palermo. The whirpool is a very nice touch, I was surprised how refreshing it was to use it after spending the day in the heat of Palermo. However, the most praise goes to the host, she was very welcoming and extremely helpful, proactive and creative with solutions to our travelling issues. Many thanks, it was a very pleasant end of our Sicily adventure!
Liked: Very central to the city. Nice property, with lots of extras. Host was kind enough to let us store our luggage after checkout.
Disliked: Hard to find from the street, especially at night.

Liked: This place is a true gem located a stone's throw from the Cathedral. It is spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, everything you could need in the kitchen and the most wonderful indoor hot tub. The hosts are informative and helpful with instructions. They kindly provided us with a welcome drink too which is a lovely touch. We would stay here again when in Palermo 👍🏼

Not worth the cost. Very basic, cheap and tacky
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The “hot tub” was not hot. Colder than a bath. The place only had one tiny window so not well ventilated and smelt of chlorine. Only plastic wine glasses and espresso cups. Very cheap and basic deco. Plastic table cloth. The owner also had a lot of attitude when communicating.
Superb
Liked: The hot tub. Whilst the location was close to the cathedral it was in the back streets and could not be found on Google maps. Taxis also struggled to find the location. The location we ended up giving was Piazza Sant'Agata alla Guilla.
Disliked: We felt that it would have been helpful to have written instructions about the hot tub rather than just on WhatsApp. Also having the number of one or two taxi companies would have been very useful.
