Fabulous
Goid organization good location good roo
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: This was a terrible experience. They offered a full refund at least- but it was too little too late
Disliked: They left us stranded at 3 am with a 4 year old on the street. We arranged to meet to get keys/access to the building and our flight was delayed. I informed them multiple times and they told us to contact them when we arrived and they would allow access remotely. They did not answer the phone after calling for one hour. Booking told us we had to wait 45 mins to allow then to respond and my phone battery was dying. Booking eventually emailed us a list of apartments to rebook stating the vendor cancelled without a reason and would issue full refund. We could not access any of their recommendations as there was no front desk at those bookings. We had to sleep on someone's floor for the night. The apartment contacted me in the morning at 0730 saying one word "sorry". They then said we could stay the remainder of or trip for free. We gave them a second chance and arrived with no power. No apology or explanation was provided.
Close to the centre and attractions
Disliked: The room was a bit small but overall everything was great
Liked: Great location. Rooms were spotless and modern.
Liked: Super clean, nice staff and easy check in
Disliked: Nothing
