  Liked: It is basically in city center where you can reach all the shops, restaurants and other activities. Rooms were clean, and the location was very good.

  Disliked: We have stayed at summer time with +34 outside, it woild be helpful yo have air conditioning system in the appartment. Parking is available on request but with heavy luggage 700 meters are quite a challenge.

  Excellent rental, wonderful company to work with!

  Liked: This was my third time staying in Riva and this apartment was great. Larger than average, very clean, excellent location, and very accommodating company to rent from.

  Disliked: We had some issues with the air conditioning but the property manager was quick to address them and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

  Great location in the center of town. Comfortable, bright, airy apartment

  Liked: This place is in a great location right in the center of town. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops at your doorstep so very easy for food options. Only a five minute walk away to the waterfront where all the boat trips leave from so easy to get around once you have parked your car if you have driven here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful even when we had to call late evening a couple of times. The ladies who attended our calls were very customer focused and said the right things. The apartment is spacious enough and comfortable for our family of 4 as there was 1 large bed and a single bed in the main bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge. We were on the 4th floor (top floor) so the skylights made the place feel very bright and airy. Would recommend this place for families.

  Disliked: Our plans changed last minute and when we tried to alter the reservation with the hosts, there wasn't any flexibility without losing most of our money but this was our own personal issue due to a change in circumstances and nothing to do with the hosts. We ended up keeping our booking though so as not to lose out. When we arrived late evening, there were no pillow cases on the pillows but hosts were quick to resolve. Minor issues such as ironing board but no iron so had to contact hosts again with quick resolution.

Good to know

The property is equipped with a centralized condominium HVAC system. In accordance with local regulations and building rules, the seasonal switch between heating and cooling modes, as well as the activation dates, are managed centrally by the building administration and are not controlled by the host.

Typically, the system is set to cooling mode (air conditioning) in May and to heating mode in October/November.

During transitional periods (spring/autumn), the availability of air conditioning or heating therefore depends on the condominium schedule and local regulations. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that the inability to activate air conditioning or heating outside the dates and operating modes established by the condominium does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
