Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The only slightly unusual thing was that there was no heating at the end of October. However, when we mentioned it, they offered us an alternative heating solution. In the end, we didn't need it, as we warmed up sufficiently in the wellness area. Overall, we were satisfied with everything and would happily return.
Liked: Food good overall, room nice and spacious. City bikes good and always available. Arco town centre very near and lovely
Disliked: We were all inclusive. Food was good. Didn't like restrictions on spirit mixers like tonic were chargeable. Also times for lunch and dinner were a bit restrictive
Vey bad as we had no sleep
Disliked: We booked one night to sleep after a long drive, and we searched for a hotel with aircondition. It turned out it was a small mobile airco, that could not be moved as it was mounted on a wall just in front of the bed 30 cm away, from face and body. So you could not use it and it was 34 c in the room, so no sleep at all. So we did not like what we paid for
Not great hotel at all, I would not recommend, food is horrible and facilities are not good, pool is dirty and very smal
Liked: Location is nice
Disliked: Food is the worse I ever seen in the hotel, absolutely disgusting, we only eat breakfast at the hotel, lunch and dinner was absolutely terrible
