Disliked: Mattress was very soft and the rooms were not soundproof at all. We had to switch rooms as we could hear everything in the room next to us.

Incredible views and a artistic-boutique style
Liked: This was probably the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was very artistically decorated, was clean, and the property thought of so many details to help their guests including brochures, and QR codes to help navigate different interests. This was also the first time I ate a decent breakfast in Italy since I am gluten-free and prefer to have protein for my breakfast. Instead of hard bread in plastic bags, they had fresh pastries which my partner enjoyed. I had the gluten-free bread, but there was also sunny side up eggs and much more to choose from. This place was actually such a Haven because of its location which was perfect for us for wanting to do Rock Climbing in different areas, and most importantly the views. You could eat with a glass covered terrace overlooking the lake. We also enjoyed our private patio. And yet the property had amazing other parts to it including a ping-pong table, pool, glacier carved potholes, and a Jacuzzi although that requires a reservation and an extra fee. I saw that other guest were very pleased with the catering to their dogs with great places for the dogs to get their needs met.
Disliked: It is easy to hear other guests either above or around you, but the rest of the property and our experience by far overshadowed that drawback. The turn to get into the property is also a bit challenging, but again easily manageable and worth it.
Liked: The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room has a beautiful view. The room itself is clean and comfortable. However, they do not provide anything for free, not even drinking water—you have to pay for it.
Disliked: They don’t provide any complimentary goods or even drinking water—you have to pay for everything.
