Good
Beautiful hotel in a great location
Liked: Stylish decor, lovely room and balcony with great Mountain View
Disliked: A bit quiet, especially the bar, which was beautiful and couldn’t understand what more people didn’t come in. We enjoyed a few drinks there.
Liked: Great location, with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. 200 meters from the lake.
Disliked: We booked two rooms; the air conditioner didn't work in one, and the hair dryer and safe didn't work in the other.

Liked: Location. Everything is near. Breakfast is superb. Staff very kind and helpful respect. Room is very clean.
Disliked: There was no ac. Only fan the weather was very hot. There was no kettel nor fridge. There are some sounds clear. Not very silent.
In future if I will planning vto travel to Riva I will booking this hotel

Disliked: morning coffee too late (It was Monday. I check out around 6.30 and no working coffee maschine- staff start working around 7.00.)

Liked: The hotel from the outside was impeccable and also when you arrive in the foyer it’s amazing, it had a lift and breakfast was included, also the pool was at your disposal too I only stayed for one night and it was an ok room
Disliked: There were things in my room that were not up to scratch, I had a single room in the premier area, the bathroom shower door was cracked, the door frame looked worn, the outside little balcony was nice but this was untidy too, for the look of the hotel this room did not live up to it Also perhaps put about the parking directions either in description or when people ask to book car parking as there’s no where to pull into to check in and be told it’s round the back.
