Exceptional
Liked: Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we enjoyed our time there.
Disliked: The hotel was quite restrictive with towels and wouldn’t provide more than one towel per person for the entire stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the elevator was very old and slow, making it somewhat inconvenient to use.

Disliked: There was no coffee and water kettle in the room. We were given hot water when requested.
Liked: Location is great, very close to everything. Staff is excellent- friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is good and gives 10% discount if you stayed in the hotel.
Disliked: The bed- I never slept in such uncomfortable bed in my entire life. Room is small but that was expected in Europe but the bed was too small, I was afraid to fall off.
