  Property ok, but check in / out process nightmare

  Liked: The facilities are ok as shown in the photos

  Disliked: The process itself… if you want a smooth check in and check out, dont choose this property. Be aware that you will not be able to check in at the property, you will have to drive 5 km to different location and drive back. Also you will have to leave a deposit in cash if you dont have credit card (debit card not accepted), and collect you deposit one the day of check out at this other property 5km away. Also this you can do only post 9 am, cause the staff is not working that early - so if you need to leave early you will simply dont get back your 150 eur cash deposit

  Lovely place, great for long term stay

  Liked: Clean and comfy rooms. Great swimming pool and very nice view. Definitely a place where we will come back to.

  Disliked: The kitchen can be more full of spices, so we didn't need to get all of them for cooking.

  Tranquil getaway

  Liked: Big, spacious ans scenic. Tranquil location with a beautiful pool amoungs the vineyards.

  Disliked: Check in is another hotel a few km down, impossible to get to without a rental car as they don't provide with bikes or any public transport nearby.

  I think with friendlier management I would go again but next time I will chose a different place

  Liked: Really liked the location and how clean the place was. I am sure it is even nicer in season as you can use all the facilities. Even the benches and tables outside were already packed away. ( it was still 20 degrees)

  Disliked: I had issues with the way I was treated. In Italy it is already after season which I did not realize as it is school holiday in a lot of European countries, so the pool and jacuzzi would be closed. When I asked if we could use the pool one time in the partner hotel, I was told that it would have been more appropriate to book a hotel in a higher category and if it would have been so important to me I should have informed myself beforehand as they gladly provide all the information before. The style is very defensive and does not make me feel welcome. I was just trying to deal with a child that was looking forward to a pool. The kitchen was missing quite a few items, bottle opener, kitchen knifes and boards and when I picked the opener up from the other hotel which is drive distance away, I was asked to return it. In my opinion a bottle opener should be part of a kitchen and I dont think I need to be told to return a bottle opener.
