Great location, everything you need is nearby
Liked: Super location, huge room, good selection of breakfast items
Disliked: Not able to buy nibbles at the bar to have with drinks, lunch or dinner. Sister hotel Bellariva offers discounted dinners to Sun Lake guests - ask at reception if you are not offered a discount voucher.
Riva is a lovely place with many oportunities to do and visit other interesting towns and villages
Liked: Air conditioning, comfortable bed kettle and little refrigerador in room, friendly staff, swimming pool, car park and dystans from shops and beach, dog friendly
Disliked: View from my room, just on other building under construction...

Liked: the only good thing is location
Disliked: they have bed bugs, my entire body is full of bite marks, and I noted other guest were scratching their skin with insect bites as well. the room was very basic, doesn’t worth price, I asked for extra pillows, they said they couldn’t find any, one of the staff gave me towels to put under my pillow. it was a very bad experience for me
We have seen the place but no reason to return!

Disliked: We had to pay 200 euro extra for a room with a balcony. Staff not very interested/ active towards guests. Twice a week some gentlemen, who seemed to be in charge did not have any hospitality in him at all.
