Liked: La pulizia e l'immediato check in
Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows and relatively quiet
Disliked: The floors of the hallways appeared stained and dirty. The rooms require more cleaning of the walls and air conditioner. There was no notice that the hotel will shut the air-conditioning off when they require it. Even in October outside temperatures are high, making the room stuffy at night.
Far from city
Liked: Room was clean and ready at the arrival time
Disliked: Staff are not profissional and a young lady receiptionist was sitting behind the reception and talking to guest while sitting...from distane she even did not move and stand up to talk. At the check out another lady with zero smile. The check out at 10 Am is too early
Okish but not up to 4star
Liked: Relatively nice size and facilities; elevators pffered and venditn machines for water on the fllor Nice size balcony. Room interior, especially bathroom, new. Helpful and auppoetive staff
Disliked: Outdated common areas (dirty floor) Far and not well connected to city centre. Building site in the sqaure in front of the building. Lower end for size of 4-star rooms (small)
