Excellent value, great neighborhood
Liked: I booked this place to have easy access to the airport bus. It was around the corner and so easy. The room was perfect for 4 travelers. Fantastic shower, great beds. the neighborhood was so handy for shopping, people were still out when we took a walk late in the evening to see St. Peter's Basilica from the outside, and catch a glimpse of the Tiber. Elizabeth is a great communicator and host. A pleasure to stay here!
Disliked: Though on the 3rd floor, there is some traffic noise until just past midnight, when thankfully, Rome settles down and it stays quiet through the night.

Liked: The location is very easy to reach with SIT shuttle bus. It is 10 minutes walk from the St. Peter's square on one side and 5 minutes from Castle San Angelo. So not very crowded but near to places you need to be. It is located on 1 of the floor of an old building. I enjoyed riding the elevator with antique feel. Triple Room was big enough for 3 people. Enough space for luggage storage. Big enough beds to sleep. Electric kettle was good to have in the room. Keyless contact made it very easy to come in late or leave early, without disturbing others in the room.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit tiny as compared to the room. But we didn't really have any issues with anything. This is nitpicking.

Very nice location for a visit of Rome
Liked: The location of this building cannot be beat-a couple of blocks away from Vatican City and the Castel Sant'Angelo. Walking distance to most sites in Rome, though the hop-on-hop-off buses will be more comfortable for most. The building has an initial set of stairs to haul luggage up but has an old-fashioned elevator to take you to the correct floor. The room had AC, and was spacious enough for our son & us, and comfortable beds. There's no breakfast offered, but there are several markets nearby to get breakfast foods and a small refrigerator to store them in. Mrs. Elisabetta is full of information about how to get around the city, restaurants that are recommended, and is available for any questions via messaging.
Disliked: We arrived ahead of schedule, tired from the early morning train ride from the port to the city and were only able to check in and drop off our luggage because Mrs. Elisabetta and her crew were still cleaning the rooms. However, we found a local restaurant and had some lunch and were refreshed enough to do a little sightseeing before returning to our newly cleaned rooms.
