Exceptional
Perfect Stay in Rome!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect it was close to everything but on a relatively quiet street. I slept so well because the beds were so comfortable.
Liked: Comfy bed
Disliked: Very small room, difficult shower, no coffee in very early morning.

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel, located close to all that you could want to see, and you don’t have to use a bus for most of it. The staff here were all very kind, always greeting with a smile and very helpful. I do not speak Italian well, like my husband, so I am grateful they did, and I was able to be part of all conversations. Breakfast was buffet style. The fruit and pastries were fresh and delicious, and the cappuccino was perfect! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable, in your beautiful hotel.

Not the worst but definitely not the best
Liked: I hate to spend time writing a negative review but this was our honeymoon. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at throughout Italy, we did not receive any type of honeymoon gift or surprise. Not that this is expected but it would have been nice. The staff were repeatedly very rude. They talked over us, acted annoyed with basic questions, etc. I requested an iron and they made me iron my clothes in the hallway. The food and coffee were just okay. I’m sure there’s better hotels.
