Not pleasant
Liked: Good location. Silent despite loud around.
Disliked: Tiny room. Could not get anything from breakfast a few minutes before 7.30 despite we had payed for breakfast and were leaving to go to the airport and breakfast was ready. Kids left with breakfast fully in place in front of us and with unfriendly staff. Not even a cup of coffee ☕️. Staff send payment link from other provider than Booking.com had told us to use and told the booking might be cancelled if I didn’t pay through this. Booking.com told not to use such unauthorized link and that it was scam. Hotel staff told they didn’t like Booking.com and their rules and they therefore send these messages to bypass Booking.com.
Liked: Breakfast staff was very nice and kept everything clean and with many good options. The location was amaizing to walk everywhere.

Disliked: Nothing we didn't like
Liked: A good hotel, nice breakfast, friendly workers there. I like that the hotel has a beautiful interior throughout, with charming little statues, tapestries, and lovely decorative details that give it a unique character.
Disliked: There is no clothes hook in the bathroom. Unfortunately, sanitary products such as pads and tampons were not provided, which would have been a thoughtful. There was no shelf or holder in the shower for shampoo and other toiletries, so we had to leave them on the floor or place them by the sink, which was not convenient. Even when we tried to shower carefully, water splashed all over the bathroom because the shower screen was too small.

Disliked: The breakfast was with very limited variety and few options to choose from
Had a lovely stay in Rome and overall enjoyed the hotel, and if we came back to Rome I would consider this hotel again
Liked: The location was excellent for our trip, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean
Disliked: The shower flooded when on full power as the design is problematic Also the elevator could barely fit 2 people
