Fabulous
Great location, friendly staff, helpful and did I say Location!
Liked: The location is absolutely amazing if you want to visit Vatican City and do St. Peter's Basilica or shop in the surrounding areas. It was a very short walk and we were there. It is a unique hotel right in the middle of a city block. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee great. I thought overall it was a great value for what we were looking for.
very pleasant overall
Liked: staff and overall the hotel was very clean and plesant
Disliked: personally i found the beds a little uncomfortable
Excellent value for. Great location & helpful friendly staff at all levels
Liked: Genuinely lovely staff especially Sabrina
Disliked: Some light around the door frame at night
Liked: The staff is very accommodating. Im sorry I forgot his name it starts with letter a. Its 5 of us and somewhat the reservation was only 4. And he help us with the booking
Liked: Very friendly staff,central location
Disliked: A bit of maintenance would improve the room
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the Vatican. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. The only downside was the double bed, which had two separate mattresses, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep together. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
