Beyond expectations
Liked: I've been traveling Europe and the world for quite a while, specially on this trip, i've visited 9 countries and moved quite a lot in all of them, i jumped between hostels, hotels, and air b&b's in many places and in many of them i find ugly things, i also been in Rome a few times. In Mario's house everything was really smooth, he was expecting us at certain time and when we arrived he was there waiting for us, the room extremely comfortable, great quality mattresses, wonderful bathroom, very clean and comfy, toilet paper, fresh towels for all uses, shampoo, body shower, kitchen fully equiped, a great balcony, boiler, coffee machine, tea, coffee, a small fridge for each room. On the other hand, without asking, Mario printed some extra information to get managed ourselves through the city, busses lines, metro lines, stations stops, guide tours, self walking tours, recommendation for restaurants, supermarkets and much more. Honestly, everything was beyond expectation indeed, what a pleasure to stop in a place like this with such a host. Totally worth it, and highly recommended. I will be back whenever i come to visit this lovely city again.

Liked: Good location, very clean, and comfortable. Mario is an exceptional host—kind, polite, and always ready to help. He guided me on how to use the metro and get around the city, even having a map ready for me upon arrival. His hospitality made my stay great.
Liked: It was conveniently located not far from Central Rome, abou 30- 45 minutes by public transport apparently they are building a new fast tram service coming soon which will cut journey to 15 minutes. Good restaurants nearby, supermarket and shops/bars open late. Mario was very friendly and helpful, the Guesthouse had a nice ambience looking out to a lovely garden which had a heated swimming pool that was nice to swim in.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Mario was very helpful in providing excellent customer service, recommendations of Rome attractions, and information of nearby stores and restaurants. This guest house was an excellent value.
Disliked: This location is less convenient than the city center of Rome for tourists. Taking public transit to the main attractions of Rome can be very crowded and a bit of a commute.
Very nice place and nearby to Rome. Easy to travel via bus and metro
Liked: Really clean room and nice themes for the rooms (really pretty). It’s quiet nicely placed and reaching the nice spot is quiet easy by tram and bus! It’s always nice to have access to a pool for a quick swim 😄 The owner also provides a nice sheet with a proposed route of the most important spot to see and this was really cool! The path walk you throught the city by 10min walk from spots to spot, I really appreciated that as I didn’t have time to plan much 😄
