Exceptional
A beautiful calm retreat from the hot and busy time spent in Rome and yet close to the city
Liked: Super quiet: pool and patio: breakfast by the pool Very lovely. A very lovely property! The staff were excellent! Very helpful / very eager to help out. I was in fact so pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was and spacious / our large room with two outdoor terraces!
Disliked: This is a small comment maybe extending polol hours until 9 pm as we return from City late at times but pool access hours end a little early 8 pm?
Beautiful villa oasis in Trastevere with delicious cappuccinos and breakfast
Liked: The staff. especially Carlo, were very welcoming, hospitable and professional. The suite was spacious, clean and private. The villa is beautiful and so is the pool area. The entire property was very private and peaceful.
Good location with nearby transport services
Liked: Location and pool
Disliked: Refuse smell around the pool and flies. It rained during our stay and therefore when it was dry pool lounger cushions were wet. Hot food at breakfast was mainly cold and limited - bacon and scrambled eggs (cold). U won’t go hungry but could be better. Shower enclosure in our room could do with some black mould remover. Towels had seen better days.
Liked: Beautiful swimming pool area, very well kept, clean, comfortable bed, elevator and ramp for accessibility

Home away from home
Liked: I loved our big spacious and beautiful apartment with its own patio very morden and comfortable. The staff was incredible. Carlos will move mountains for you and we got to meet the owner who was also very nice and the little lady who the place is named after.
Disliked: That i had to leave

Liked: Beautiful place 😍 stunning apartment and friendly staff. Close to the tram to go to the city The most comfortable bed and bedding ever!!
Disliked: The lights in our place were hit and miss so rhe electrics needs to be looked at. Very close to the hospital so ambulance noise was quite regular unfortunately. However that wouldn't put me off going again
