Exceptional
It was a great stay and met all our needs
Liked: We loved the location and our room was clean. The host was very helpful.
Disliked: The elevator was small and could only accommodate one person and one bag.
I would definitely stay here again
Liked: It has a great location. The host is very helpful and accommodating. The room is set up with everything you need for a light breakfast or lunch. Coffee and tea are provided. We used this apartment for six nights.
Disliked: There were some plumbing noises but it’s an older building..
Nice location
Liked: Nice location and very clean
Disliked: The bed was far too hard and uncomfortable
Great staff and location if interested in being very near the action, definitely worth the cost
Liked: We chose Magenta Luxury Argentina for our first time visiting Rome primarily based on it's convenient location to the areas we planned on visiting most often. The property was noticeably clean and well maintained on a daily basis for our 3-night stay. The staff (Azra? I'm terrible with names...) was incredibly helpful and went above/beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, including taking the time to point out her favorite local restaurants and other areas worth seeing. She was also very responsive via WhatsApp when we reached out with questions/concerns pertaining to the building itself (areas outside of her control) and did what should could to resolve those issues.
Disliked: My only gripes are related to the building itself and not specifically with these rooms/apartments. Luckily there is an external elevator, but unfortunately it seems to be fragile and prone to regular down time for one reason or another. The only time it felt a bit more than a minor annoyance was at check out when I had to drudge our luggage down the dimly lit stairway because the elevator refused to budge. Certainly not the end of the world, but probably worth noting in case someone has physical difficulty with stairs. The other building issue pertains to the plumbing. It's my understanding that this sort of thing is common in many Rome accommodations, but I'll mention it since it did produce at least some noticeable amount of concern. There was a prominent note stated "do not put anything in the toilet" and we came to realize "anything" really does mean "anything", most likely including toilet paper. My suggestion is to heed that advice 100%. The only reason I provide an overall rating of 9 instead of 10 is because the building items listed above could probably use some love. With that said, Azra was beyond responsive in helping us deal with these building related issues quickly and competently even though they were technically outside the scope of these rooms/apartments. That was very much appreciated.
Excellent
Liked: Location is excellent! Azra very attention! Very clean
Disliked: Nothing
Clean and comfortable. Central to everything
Liked: Azra was there to meet us and showed us to our room. The accommodation was quirky.
Disliked: Nil
