Exceptional
Liked: The location is fantastic, close to the Piazza de Popolo, where the day trip tours often meet to start. The rooms were very good. And the staff is exceptional! Gerald and others were great at communicating and working out all of the details ahead of our stay. And Luigi was great at addressing some minor issues quickly, and also making sure that our taxi service from/to the airport was stress-free, especially since we arrived at around 10PM. We loved staying here and would do so again!
incredible location and favilties
Liked: The size of the apartment, the kitchen, the comforts, one of the bathrooms, the staff
Disliked: the lack of light in the main kitchen/living room area and that small and uncomfortable shower in upstairs main bathroom.
Prefect location. Cosy restaurants near by. Very clean
Liked: Prefect location. Cosy restaurants near by. The only inconvenience was room on ground floor, but for others it can be convenient.
Disliked: On picture image with terrace. In our room on ground floor we were not able open windows because of the noise outside.

Disliked: Old apartment not fully maintained.
Liked: The location was perfect. The apartment is wide and well equiped. There is a great restaurant at the building, for dinner or breakfast- "Babbet".
Disliked: The check in hours are limited, we arrived 5 min. After 19:00, we informed the staff, but when we came the office was closed - the WhatsApp number doesn't take calls only messages so you can't talk to anyone It was stressing, although they arrived after few minutes.
Very convenient location and a good, clean apartment
Liked: The location was great. Walking distance from most sites. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: We were promised a ground floor apartment (even as late as 2 days before our arrival); but we got a different one. The shower was somewhat treacherous. The floor was extremely slippery; and there was no shelf or any other location on which to place soap, shampoo, etc., so you had to put them on the floor and bend over to pick them up. It was somewhat of a precarious situation. But overall., our stay was fine.
