Exceptional
Highly recommended place when you visit ROME
Liked: Highly recommended property, very near the Basilica of St. Peter and other tourist spots. Very clean, warm and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

I would return because Nestle is so hospitable however the beds are too hard and pillows old
Liked: The extra window covering and curtains for total blackout. Much needed after long days of walking in the heat and needing rest. Coming back to the AC room was dreamy. Nestle, front desk, made my visit to Rome richer. She was super helpful, accommodating, kind, and very welcoming. She delivers the best customer service!!
Disliked: New pillows! One soft fluffy and one thick/firm. The beds desperately need replacing as I could almost feel the springs. The bed is so hard I had to layer blankets and sleep in top for comfort.
