Great location, basic room
Liked: Excellent location, very close to the Colosseum.
Disliked: Very basic accomodation. Essentially just a small room. It’s fine if you know what to expect
Liked: I like its great location in the centre of Rome close to almost every place you dream off. I like it has got a lift to reach its second floor easily after many drinks 😉👍
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike 😉👍 you get a good price for a spot in the centre of Rome to enjoy all attractions in the eternal city - Roma Aeterna.

We made it work
Liked: Location! 10 minute walk to colosseum 18 minute walk to Trevi. Host that checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: Very noisy throughout the night into the morning. Sounds like a war zone. The shower is very small and pretty difficult to move around in, but we made it work. We were not made aware upon check-in that someone came into the room to clean. Just in case you don’t want that service you have to make the host aware so no one will go into your room while you are not there.
Disliked: The location was the best thing about this property—just a three-minute walk from the Colosseum, with restaurants nearby. It was an excellent base for exploring Rome. The room was also cleaned every day, which was a plus, although the towels had a strong smell of vinegar. Unfortunately, the room and facilities were disappointing. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the shower cubicle was so cramped that both my mother and I struggled to use it comfortably. The balcony was immediately beside the neighbouring room’s balcony doors, which made us feel uncomfortable about privacy and security. The biggest problem was the hot water. After my mother’s shower, which lasted around five to ten minutes, there was barely any hot water left for me. I waited about fifteen minutes before it briefly returned, but it lasted only around a minute before turning lukewarm and then cold. The following day, I waited twenty to thirty minutes after her shower, but the hot water never returned, so I went to bed without being able to shower. Communication was also very poor. A constant humming noise came from the hallway near the small communal area with a fridge and microwave. I could not tell what was causing it, but it disturbed our sleep throughout the night. The location and daily cleaning were positives, but they did not make up for the unreliable hot water, cramped facilities and disrupted sleep. Based on our stay, I would not choose this property again.
