Clean and nice, but the listing lied and the host was really rude and unhelpful. Would never recommend
Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: In the listing it said that we would have our own kitchen, which wasn’t true, it’s shared. The host communicated really poorly and misinformed us many times. The prize doesn’t include the city tax, which we were forced to pay in cash. The host came into our room many times while we were not there, and left door unlocked.
Great Stay, Perfect Location & Comfortable Suite
Liked: The suite I stayed in was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. It’s an ideal and affordable place for tourists and travellers. The location is excellent, very close to the metro, making it easy to reach the city centre in just 15–20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back next time.
Disliked: I would have happily given this place a 10/10. However, Francesco asked me to give a 10 rating, which I don’t think is something a host should ask guests to do. You’re already doing a great job, and I believe guests should be allowed to give their rating honestly based on their own experience. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place..
Liked: Close to a metro station
Disliked: The shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty when we arrived. The air conditioning worked poorly and kept turning itself off. The TV remote had dead batteries. During our stay, the host messaged us asking if he could enter the apartment to collect the tourist tax. We weren’t even at the apartment at the time, and we weren’t checking out that day, so our belongings were still spread around the apartment. When I informed him about the empty toiletries and the dead batteries, he replied that we should have told him in the morning, even though we had no way of knowing that he was only available then. He did, however, bring us new batteries afterward.
Liked: Location, neighbourhood, it was not noisy, cleanliness of the room was OK.
Disliked: Shower, cleanliness of the kitchen. Not too bad, could be better.
Liked: The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: We didn't realize that you cannot cook anything in the kitchen. The gas didn't work and also the washing machine cannot be used by guests. Also. We didn't realize while booking that it was a shared flat.
