Fabulous
Lovely and comfortable!
Liked: The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The elevator was helpful. The reception staff was helpful and personable.
Disliked: It was difficult entering the hotel without a full-time reception. We'd just stepped off an early transatlantic flight and we only wished to lock up our luggage, not even check-in to our rooms, but reception didn't open until 10am, so we waited in the stairwell until someone showed up.
Liked: The bed firmness
Disliked: I checked out 2 days in advance, and texted the staff to refund me the nights I paid and didn't stay, but all I got was complete silence not even a response,
Wonderful stay in convenient location! but if you’re a light sleeper, I would consider somewhere else
Liked: It was close proximity to good restaurants and a short walk to the main attractions. Host was very quick to answer questions and calls. The Piazza next to the room was very lively and had different forms of entertainment.
Disliked: It was a little bit hard to figure out how to access the property, I had to call Ray to try and figure it out and the front door lock situation was very frustrating. I feel as though it should also be mentioned that the Piazza next to the accommodations can be very loud at night, although we appreciate them providing earplugs, we had no idea what we had booked next to.
Liked: Great location, clean facilities, gorgeous room.
Disliked: Staff were literally impossible to get in touch with.
Liked: Location was fantastic and close to everything. Air conditioning actually worked well especially compared to other properties we stayed at. Bed was comfortable.
Liked: The front office person, Lorenzo.
Disliked: Outdated, but perfect location.
