Exceptional
Our stay was amazing. Our first time in Rome was wonderful. The hotel is more like an apartment block with communal area
Liked: The culture and ethnicity of the building. It felt very safe too
Disliked: There wasn’t anything not to Like.
Fabulous stay and Maria took incredibly good care of us whenever we needed anything
Liked: It was very central and the building was lovely inside.
Disliked: Only the fact that the airport was not very very easy to access by public transport.

Wonderful guest house experience
Liked: All as described. Great communication. Comfortable Bed. Good location Elevator 👍 Friendly Staff Very Clean Tea, coffee, soaps and shower gels provided Good soundproofing windows, very quiet for a city room. Sky TV with filters for plenty of languages. Good hairdryer. Well laid out room. Nice clean useful communal space. Would 100% book here again.
Disliked: Just need to keep a slightly better eye on maintenance. We had an issue with AC but to their credit it was fixed the same day as being reported so very good response. Loo seat was a little loose and shower head needs descaling. Neither of these would stop me booking again though.
If I was to return to Rome, I would stay at Xenia again. Highly recommend it. Thanks Maria for everything you did for us
Liked: Everything. It was clean, room was quite spacious. There was a communal area with tables and chairs, water dispensing and coffee machine, where my family (who also stayed at the property) would meet and eat together sometimes. Out of all the places we stayed, Maria was the most helpful and accomodating. I can’t praise her enough for doing everything she could to make our stay in Rome great.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all great. Even the entrance to the building was beautiful.

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Rome and walking to all sights. Maria was an incredible host and really made our stay special. She was so friendly and helpful, gave us some brilliant recommendations, helped us arrange taxis and was also accommodating the storing our luggage. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to Rome and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!
