  Liked: The beautiful location and villa was amazing! The apartment was brilliant and the family that owns and runs this gorgeous accommodation are absolutely wonderful and friendly people! Highly recommend staying at this fabulous Tuscan hideaway!

  Serene and relaxing. Very beautiful located

  Liked: We loved the views, the landscape. The remoteness of the property. For us it was not a problem to walk the 4km to San Gimignano.

  Disliked: The hosts did not provide anything like coffee/sugar/salt basic stuff taking into consideration that the accommodation is remote and the restaurant is only open for 3 dinners a week and the closest store is in San Gimignano. Also outside our cabin which was more remote, separate than the main one, it could be felt a smell of sewage from time to time.

Please note that the pool is open from April until October.

Air conditioning is available from the second week of June until the first week of September.

Reception is open daily from 09:00 until 12:30 for assistance and excursion booking.
