  wonderful location to experience Tuscany

  Liked: Breakfast was exelent and served on a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. The dinner was also very good. The accommodtion is in an exellent location and is nicely decorated and well-maintained.

  An Experience Beyond Five Stars. Simply Unforgettable

  Liked: I'm almost nervous to write this review because I'm not sure words can adequately describe how extraordinary our stay at Podere Bellavista was. Of all the places I've stayed in my life, this one stands alone. From the instant we arrived, every need was anticipated with remarkable warmth and casual elegance. Roberta greeted us at our car, assisted with our luggage, and welcomed us with wine overlooking the breathtaking Tuscan countryside and medieval towers of San Gimignano. Our room was perfection, featuring spectacular 180-degree views and a private terrace where we could relax and soak in the scenery. And the food! Chef Constantino's exquisite five-course dinners (not included) were not only the best meals we enjoyed in Italy, but among the finest of my entire life. Breakfast, lovingly prepared by Costanza, was equally wonderful, featuring homemade jams, fresh breads, cappuccinos, and an extensive made-to-order menu.(included) But what truly sets Podere Bellavista apart is the people. Roberta and Julia provided the most extraordinary hospitality we've ever experienced. I've stayed at Four Seasons resorts, and our son worked at The Ritz-Carlton. Yet the service here surpassed anything we've encountered at those prestigious properties. Their attentiveness feels genuinely personal, never scripted or forced. They make you feel both incredibly special and completely at home. The value is equally astonishing. This is genuine five-star luxury and hospitality at a price comparable to a Hampton Inn in America. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here, and I cannot imagine a more perfect setting. If you have the opportunity to stay at Podere Bellavista, don't hesitate. Just book it! This isn't simply the best place I've ever stayed. It's my favorite place in the world. To Virginia, Roberta, Julia, Chef Constantino, Costanza, and the entire team, thank you for memories we'll cherish forever.

  Relaxing and amazing

  Liked: Great little getaway, with very friendly and helpful staff. Room had the perfect view of San Giminano (I think we got the bast room) Was greeted when we arrived early with coffee and chocolate cake, we were able to leave our car and luggage prior to checkin time. An enjoyable walk up the hill to San Giminano - around 20 minutes on gravel. For dinner we ordered the 4 course meal with wine pairings which was great. All the staff was excellent. Best feature...Bombay - the gorgeous ginger and white cat!!! Thank you

  A beautiful stay I will never forget!

  Liked: My husband and I arrived and were immediately treated like royalty. All the staff were so kind and happy. The setting and our room were extremely comfortable. They had such lovely outdoor spaces too for dining and relaxing. The food… insanely good, the best we had during our entire trip to Italy. Everything about this stay was amazing and I cannot wait to come back some day.
