  Peace and beauty

  Liked: A beautiful house in a quite and beautiful area. Just a few minutes walk to the old city of San Gimignano. We got a restaurant recommendation when we arrived late evening, and it was really good. There are free parking spaces in the area marked with a white lines. I believe we got the last one when we arrived around 19.00 o'clock. Distance to accommodation about 100-150m. The reception was really friendly, helpful and we received all the information we needed. Thank you once more, and maybe we are lucky and see you next time.

  Amazing hosts, beautiful location!

  Liked: Perfect location within a short walk to the center. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've ever met, we've felt super comfortable like at home.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like explicitly, just expect an old room but clean and well equipped with everything you need for a night or two.

  Like staying at home!

  Liked: The hosts were so lovely we loved them. It was like staying with your Italian nonna and nonno. They don’t speak any English and we don’t speak any Italian but it just worked! The place was very clean and the AC worked so well. Just up the road is an amazing view of San Gim. It’s a short walk to the supermarket and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make dinner. We asked about a washing machine and she enthusiastically showed us the laundry which was awesome! Genuinely felt like home.

  Liked: lovely owners. beautiful outside area and very short walk away from the centre. they let us use their washing machine whilst here and left us with postcards - super sweet! nice that it had a bug net over the bed. also allowed you to pick if you wanted the top or bottom room!

  Disliked: it did feel a bit dark and floor got (felt) dirty easily. owners didn't speak any english which is understandable but made it slightly harder to communicate (but you'll love them anyways!!). also quite cramped, not ideal if you want to use the kitchen and bathroom was also quite tight which made the floor get wet a lot. perfect for a short stay though

  We loved staying here and it felt like our private Tuscany villa

  Liked: My wife and I stayed here and we loved the location of the property. It felt like we were staying in a private Tuscany villa. The hosts are wonderful and helpful, yet not intrusive. I was concerned about parking but our host showed me where to park nearby for free. This is walkable to town or nearby shopping.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like.
