Disliked: Rated 5 as we got moved to Hotel Bisanzio the day before arrival due to an issue with the room so we didn't actually stay.
Nice stay with plenty of facilities
Liked: Location was a big plus, good room with decent facilities were there
Disliked: Multiple beds and baths were the biggest positive

Disliked: Check in system was not safe, with the provided code we could open another room. The heater in toilets did not work. The microwave did not work. The individual toiletaries were half empty. The 3rd sofa bed was not comfortable. And we pay a LOT for this booking.

Disliked: Layout of things like electric sockets/plugs was not user friendly. Only basic kitchen utensils etc. No instructions for microwave/ TV Some signs of wear and tare..a good apartment but slightly short of luxury.
