  Everything was great! I definitily return it

  Liked: My husband get so surprised with the property considering is an albergue. The apartment is a very good condition and spacious. The staff is very nice and supportive.

  Disliked: I did not find an iron.

  Liked: Friendly staff, beautiful, clean, and spacious accommodations. This is my best stay in Italy! We love this apartment and will recommend everyone who wants to go Venice.

  Disliked: The bath water was slightly hot and cold.

  Liked: We thought this was a great location because of its proximity to the train station and the Grand Canal and all it has to offer. Getting around Venice with large luggage is not easy. Initially, we did have some difficulty finding the office. Better instructions would be appreciated. The unit was sufficiently large, and the area was quiet and appeared safe to us.

  Great stop for a stay in Venice

  Liked: The location is great, about 5min walk to the central station. Away from the crowds of tourists. Roberto (the receptionist) was very helpful. The canal just at the back of the apartment adds a Venician touch that you cannot match.

  Disliked: The Hot Water System is defective. You get hot shower for 30sec every 2min, the rest of the time it's cold water. They seem to know how about it but couldn't fix it while we were there. We got offered to shower in another room, so it may be only an issue in the room we were in.
