Exceptional
Great location in Venice
Liked: Great location near main canal water bus and water bus stop to the airport. Classic building with decent level of finish. Great breakfast brought to the room. Very friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable bed. Nice atmosphere.
Disliked: The door to the property is off of the main walkway in an narrow alley walkway and a bit difficult to locate - use google street view to find it before arriving. Older folks should be aware that there are a lot of steps to reach the room - though staff helped carry our bags.
A calm, perfect lovers’ nest with an exceptional staff <3
Liked: Great location in a calm side street, but with plenty amenities around. 20min-walk from the Santa Lucia train station, 10-min walk from a vaporetto (boat-bus) station, and a swath of great restaurants, bars, ciccheteria and pasticceria just minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is highly customizable and served within the room, which makes the stay even more intimate. The staff was exceptional, the two ladies are very friendly and helpful, provided great suggestions both in Venice and Murano. They also speak French! Grazie mille!
Disliked: Nothing much, really. In hindsight, we might have preferred having our breakfasts outside in the surrounding pasticceria and coffee shops, but it’s only because we’re picky French people ^^

Liked: Spacious room, very quiet despite central location, nice breakfast, very friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent location close to amenities (Vaporetto Stop, restaurants, pharmacy and touristic areas)
A lovely, comfortable family hotel in an excellent location with a delicious breakfast served to your room
Liked: Loved the charming Italian setting, the room was very cute, clean, comfortable, and the property was in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast arriving at the room each morning was lovely as well.
Disliked: We have nothing that we did not like!
