  Beautiful property in a good location to explore

  Liked: The location and the decor.

  Disliked: The amount of stairs to navigate with luggage. The listing should advise that stairs up 3 floors is required. Also listing states use of lounge and balcony however we were not shown these, and they were being frequently used for cooking classes so I don’t think the true intention is for use by those renting the bedroom.

  Great quiet location at night

  Liked: Location was fantastic.

  Disliked: The 4 flights of stairs, this was fun with 2x25kgs of luggage on a 35 degree day. 😂 the front door lock is a bit tricky, when turning the key to the right hold the pressure on the last turn then push the door open. Lack of sensor lights in the stair cases at night.and finding the main accommodation front door, I’ve attached a photo to help others.

  Ideal spot for exploring Venice. Slightly quieter area but still many bars and restaurants nearby

  Liked: Property was in a great location with great views over Venice.

  Disliked: With the views comes the fact you have to go up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. Room was a bit on the small side and it seems to be just a room in somebody's house - which seemed a bit odd..

  We enjoyed our time here and Cristina the host was excellent. When we go back to Venice we will definitely stay again

  Liked: Very central, lively and close to many nice restaurants. The room was small and not very comfortable, but offered a nice view of the square, canal and Frari church. Staff was absent except on arrival, but the room was cleaned every day. The room was located 3 levels up with 80 steps! On the other hand, it is a privilege to stay in a 17th century Venetian palace. So, thank you!
