Sufficiently comfortable
Liked: Location. Efficiency in communication.
Disliked: Humidity in the bathroom. Somehow poor conditions of the furniture (broken soap dispenser).

Liked: Excellent location very close to waterbus stop, great for airport and getting about. Lots of lovely local restaurants and cafe for breakfast. Mainly quiet location and no noise from within the premises.
Disliked: Traps in the sink, shower etc were full making water slow to drain. Other wise a clean well presented room.
Would not stay there again
Liked: Property is in a decent location easily accessible from a vaporetto stop.
Disliked: Unfortunately there were maintenance items that needed attention, taps were loose, strange message about not using the kettle because it was unsanitary? There were messages more or less asking us to clean the place or we would be charged more, threatened to charge us 20 euro if we left the AC or fridge on…. This is reasonable, but poorly delivered messaging. We didn’t touch any of the meagre breakfast roll and the coffee, the shared machine water chamber was literally green. Overall it needed more attention to details.
Easy to access and in the best part of the city for children
Liked: It was easy to access and we had all the information needed to join the place, get the keys and enjoy our stay. The room was big enough for us three (me and my two kids).
Disliked: I wasn't sure what to do with what was in the kitchen (croissant, tea?) was that included or not (i didn't ask neither so we didn't touch anything). Had also a little issue with the AC (too cold) but couldn't change the temperature. Once again, i didn't ask how it worked so it's all on me lol
Liked: Location was great Facilities was great Lots of privacy Comfy bed, fresh towels Air con and fans
Recommended place to stay in Venice. Good for families
Liked: Near the ferry station. Short walk to shops and beautiful places in venice
